Join expert coach Andre Rivera, a collegiate football and wrestling athlete with a degree in Exercise Science and ISSA CPT certification. With years of experience coaching youth through college-level athletes, Andre brings energy, expertise, and a personal touch to every session.

This is your chance to train with a real athlete — in a supportive, high-energy environment that delivers results without the pressure of a typical gym.

OUR SATURDAY PROGRAMS

adult group classes

1:00 PM – (30 mins) Total Body Burn  

1:30 PM – (30 mins) Total Body Burn 

Focus: Burn calories and build strength and muscle with fast-paced HIIT-style training. A full-body workout to kickstart your weekend — no experience needed.

adult Speed & Agility

2:00 PM – (30 mins) Speed & Agility for Everyone– Adults

 

Focus: Movement and coordination training to help any adult (not just athletes) move better, quicker, and more confidently.

Youth Accelerators

2:30 PM – (30 mins) Youth Accelerators – Ages 7 to 12.

 

Focus: Helping kids build fundamental movement skills, stay active, and work together through fun, structured group training.

Athletic Performance groups

3:00 PM – (1 hr) College – High School – Middle School

4:00 PM –(1 hr) College – High School – Middle School

 

Focus: For motivated teens looking to build strength, speed, agility, and confidence through smart, structured training. Great for sports or general fitness.

Austin LeDuc

Austin LeDuc is a dedicated strength and conditioning professional with a strong academic foundation and international athletic experience. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning Education from Springfield College, a nationally recognized leader in human performance studies.

Andre Rivera

With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and ISSA CPT certification, Andre Rivera has coached athletes from youth to college. A multi-sport athlete excelling in football, wrestling, and track & field, he now competes in collegiate football and wrestling at Rowan University, bringing firsthand experience to his coaching.
